iphone library sync issue

I am getting a message that says my iphone is synced to another library. My only option is to cancel or delete other library. How can i see all the songs in my library before deciding? Can I copy that library to this computer or save it somehow? Computer is Windows 7. Iphone 4S ios 6.1.3
