I am getting a message that says my iphone is synced to another library. My only option is to cancel or delete other library. How can i see all the songs in my library before deciding? Can I copy that library to this computer or save it somehow? Computer is Windows 7. Iphone 4S ios 6.1.3

iPhone is designed to sync with one computer only. If you sync with another computer, that is the message you're getting.
You can simply copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder from old computer to /Music/ on new computer.
