Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I've had to change my Apple ID email address. All sorted, iTunes/app stores etc. however I've just checked on my iPhone 5, under settings>iCloud and it still shows my old email address.
It's greyed out and I can't see how to log out and back in again with my new email like for example iTunes on my iPhone.
Can someone help please, and how is iCloud "workings" if its using the old address?

You would not have been able to restore the device to a backup made by the iPhone 5 because when you do that, you are required to sign into your Apple/iCloud ID to proceed. If you purchased the iPhone 6 as a new device from an official Apple Store (not the fake one in Kabul), then you would not have been able to get an iCloud Activation Lock on the device without knowing the Apple/iCloud ID and the password.
Where did you purchase the new device?

Go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Sign Out. If you have Find My iPhone turned on, you will have to type in your password when asked.
