How do I upgrade my Logic Pro to Logic Pro X ?

Buy it from the Mac App Store. There isn't a discount for having bought a previous version.

If you bought it on the Mac App Store there are terms and information on how to contact Apple. Though I know few companies where a purchase 5-6+ months prior to a new release qualifies for a "free upgrade," but you're always welcome to try.
