My mac is starting with a black screnn with a lot of rows with text like "Darwin Kernel ...". Then I have to type "exit" for start. How I can fix this problem?

Two things to try. If you are using a wireless keyboard, before you boot the computer turn on the keyboard from the power button there. If that doesn't do it, then do a PRAM reset. Hold down Option(alt)-Cmd-P-R keys all together at the startup chime, listen for two more chimes, total three, then let go to finish booting.
