I have a ton of charges to my credit card, all unauthorized

I did not charge anything to my credit card this month to keep my expenses down ,except for .99 and there are charges all month long ... I did not make these charges and my credit card is again cancelled .... I mean on purpose I did not charge a thing. Low and behold all month long charges to the point of maxing my credit card.. I have had enough. This iPad is not worth it.. .you block me for something so done else did and then so done is charging my credit card... For the last month..

I changed the password and it was suddenly changed back to the old one.. I didn't think this was possible.. I want all charges from iTunes for the last billing cycle taken off. Some is messing with my account and this is now no longer funny. Blocking me on Facebook for things I didn't do! Saying that I am saying things to people I have no knowledge of. I have had enough... I can't play the games I PAID for credits. So I refuse to purchase anymore on games and I didn't ,, yet according to my credit card I charged all month ... I DID NOT.

My checking account was hacked, my credit card.. This mess better be fixed or I may have to take further action.. I am 64and my mothers 86so we don't mess around like these 12 to 14 or older hackers do for fun. All I do is play a couple of games.. If I find one I don't like I delete it.. The three main games I do play I get screwed with..

Enough is enough.. These charges for the last month on iTunes for candy crush come off. My other games 2 I built up on one to over a million points without spending a dime. So when I say I didn't charge anything on candy crush I DIDN'T

As Skydiver says, no one here is a rresentstive or employee of Apple. In addition to contacting iTunes support you can also dispute the charges with your credit card company.

You have issues that several different companies have to be contacted. As someone said earlier, this forum consists of fellow users helping each other. The company "Apple" does not participate here.

First of all, if there is a problem with Facebook blocking you, then you need to follow up with Facebook - and not Apple. They are not related.

Secondly, if there are unauthorized charges, then you need to file the proper paperwork (or phone call) with your bank or credit card company. And by the way, if you want to avoid getting unauthorized charges like this on something like iTunes (or other online companies, too) - then pick up a Visa/Debit Card from Walmart and just load on it the amount you're wanting to use - and then if someone snags that number they can't charge anything more, since you only loaded the amount you wanted to use.

If you want some assistance on using the iPad, set up an appointment at the "Genius Bar" at an Apple Store to make sure you're using the iPad in a secure manner. That's one place where "Apple" will help you directly. However, keep in mind they won't help you with "Facebook issues" or with "bank issues". You'll have to go to them directly.

The iPad is simply a tool, just like a computer is a tool, or a car is a tool. It's all in "how you use it".

Hi the same thing happened to me. I went to my bank and showed them the bogus phone# and web site of other people this has happened to. I was refunded all that was taken. And we changed my credit card. Did you try calling your creditor and explain that its fraudulent charges and do the same with the bank and demand a review if they give you a hard time. I use TD Bank they were very understanding. I keep check my bank account because like a dummy I charged something to my credit/debit card. I also let the apple support know what's going on. If you haven't already you need to do that. Everyone needs to do that. Because, I was told no one could hack into apple but they are so they need to know about it.

I'm sorry I meant iTunes support not Apple. They answer you by email within 24 hours and if you want to schedule a call it may take 48 hrs. I just got done thanking the girl who helped me. But you really need to go to the bank or call them and the credit card company. And in the future buy an iTunes card, you can get them in the food store and use that instead of your own information.

I'm hoping by my using my card again I don't get hit again. I probably should just go and cancel my card before I even have to worry about it.

Again I wish you the best of luck and I hope they find these A**Holes before another person is out the money. I live on a fixed income. I'm 46 and disabled since 1995 and can't believe people can be so cruel to others. I need my social security check to live and pay doctor bills and hospital bills and there are jerks who get a kick stealing from others.

They are just trash, and trash needs to be kicked to the curb.
