Problem writing pinyin - keyboard changing from different languages
Hi!
I use mac book pro with OS X with three input languages; English, Norwegian (native) and Chinese. Daily I write with all of them, and changing maybe more than hundred times a day. The physical mac book pro keyboard is American (which is okay).
When I write norwegian they keyboard changes, adding new letters like ØÆÅ and move around symbols/characters like ;:<>@()?+=&/ . This is not a problem as I remember the norwegian layout by years of writing.
BUT my problem is when changing to Chinese Pinyin input.
- If my previous input keyboard was Norwegian, I get Chinese pinyin writing based on Norwegian keyboard layout.
- If my previous input keyboard was USA, I get Chinese pinyin writing based on American keyboard layout.
(se picture!)
It´s frustrating that I never know where the questionmark an other symbol is hiding.
Q: Is there any soloution where I can ALWAYS write pinyin based on the American keyboard??
The two different pinyin simplified ("forenklet") keyboard (based on what previous keyboard used; Norwegian ("Norsk") or USA
