While Norm123's tip above should work for purchasing a song, there is currently a defect which prohibits deleting an individual song from the wish list. I have reported this to Apple, but in the meanwhile, here is a workaround so you can delete an indivdual song:

I also can't purchase anything from my wish list. I have about 10 songs I want to buy but to buy all button.
