The colors on my macbook are wrong after using a projector. On web browsers only the blues are pink and skin tones are green. This is also true of Mail.
The colors are also sometimes incorrect on the projecor. I am using non mirroring option for second display (projector). I tried mirror and the projector that time still had funky colors.

Try this:
Open System Preferences>Displays (under the "hardware" tab)>select the Color tab>select "Color LCD" under the "display profile" window. This should restore the default colors of your computer screen.
I tried to change colors and it did not help. I also adjusted the resolution.
Most Applications the colors are correct, such as Chrome is ok. I used a different projector and the colors returned to normal, but the dock magnifies so much the edges are out of view.
That's weird. It sounds like that projector is messing with your computer's aspect ratio. Try system prefereneces>displays. Under the display panel, make sure that "Best for built-in display" is checked.
