Can I create an Ipad checklist?

I currently have a few checklists that I print out for certain work projects from pdf files. I use goodreader on my ipad and would like to convert the pdf checklists in to interactive electronic checklists on goodreader. Does anyone have any suggestions for doing this? I know I could just create a list in another app and use that but I'd like to keep them as pdf's along with my other work folders.

My goal is to check them off as I do them and then clear the list every month instead of printing them off every few weeks.
