What would be an AppleScript to find and delete words in the whole document...
I want to delete all words such as " red " and " orange ".

Global replace is risky and can result in poor grammar. Starting with this:
I had a red chair, an orange book and a blue ball.
And then replacing "red" with "null" (nothing) and replacing "orange" with "null" gives this:
I had a chair, an book and a blue ball.
