why do you need 72 hours to unlock my iphone??? It should be few hours!

You are not addressing Apple here, we are users like you. This is a user to user forum. Apple does not unlock phones that is something your carrier does so if you have a problem then contact your carrier and complain to them

Anyway I went to Tmobile to unlock the phone. I payed everything, and they told me that apple guarantee within 72 hours they will unlock my phone, just connect to itunes.
So this is not depending on Apple, not Apple needs 72 hours but Tmobile?
