Where is a Home and End key?

I am using Word for Mac and a lot of keyboard shortcuts call for Home and End keys. What are our options? Is there a quick key to go to the top or bottom of a document?

Just enter the bolded path below in the Finder's Go > Go to Folder...

~/Library/Applications Support/Microsoft/Office/
