we have submitted our enrollment request for 3 weeks and the status is still
Your enrollment is being processed.
We are enrolling as a company.
Can anyone tell me when this will be fixed?
I've called Apple and they told me the database sync between D&B is still unavailable.
If anyone recently got the approval for company enrollment, please let me know.
I want to know if they are lying.

Yes. That's it.
Apple has singled you out and decided to string you along just to get you frustrated.
Just be patient.
Nobody on these forums works for Apple so nobody can help with enrollment problems.

What kind of comment is that? If you think Apple has it in for you and would lie about still having issues with the process just to you, you have an over-inflated sense of self-worth.
I just want to know if they treat everyone or people from different countries the same.

I also registred on 27th August and still showing as pending. If anyone got approval from apple do let me know.
to me is the same. I signed up the 15th of August and I'm still waiting. Is it normal to be so slow?
We call by phone to support and result was on next day.

what support number did you use? anyone know the support number for Irish companies?
Any number with working hours in your time zone.
As far as I can see it is just Apple being hopeless.
I asked for my Individual account ot be changed to a Company account 5 weeks ago, it has not happened and they just do not answer support emails.
So I decided to just create a new company one, looks like I am going to have to wait ages for that as well.
I seem to remember the individual one took around 24 hours.
Maybe it is just the fact that they got hacked and the systems are all arsed up.
This worked for me:
- Find your email receipt from the apple store.
- Call 800-my apple.
- Give them the order ID. Talk to the automated system until it connects you to a person.
They connected me to someone on the IOS developer sales support team who took care of my problem (a lost confirmation email).
