Why can't I create an Apple ID without entering my credit card information?

didnt work, tryed to log in on computer and had to valadate, account, but

still didnt give a none option, fix this plzzz, i dont want to make ANOTHER

email so i can make ANOTHER itunes account.. so dumb

What country are you in ? If there isn't currently an iTunes Store there then unfortunately you won't be able to have an iTunes acconut - you have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to use its store

Its easy i can help you out. you have just to resest your i pad (factory reset) and start over and sign in to your account. then it will give you the option none. all you have to do is to choose it. hope this is helpful guys.
