Moving PC address book to new Mac

I just bought a new Macbook. I have been running everything on a Dell Windows machine up to now. I have a very large personal address book in Microsfot Outlook on the Dell. Is there a simple way of transferring the address book from the PC to the Mac without having to retype everything. I had considered using my Palm to sync the addresses to the Mac, but I have been able to get the Palm syncing to work properly. Is there a way to export my outlook addresses and import them on the Mac using a thumb drive?
