how do i re-download gamecenter on my ipad 2

I have an ipad 2 all the way up to date on updates and i do not have gamecenter and I wish to have it.please any help on getting it?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3, i do not have gamecenter

If your device is on iOS 10 you won't have it, it no longer exists as a separate app

The gamecenter app is a thing of the past. you can find it in settings/game center.
