Hi guys i just replace the screen of my Macbook Pro and when i turn it on some red dots ( it looks like an umbrella ) along with red vertical lines appear, any ideas whats going on?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
I work for an apple service center. These red dots are a protective film that is placed on the lcd panel. Using a peice of masking tape (blue works best) place the piece of tape on one corner of the screen at the 90 degree corner. And pull up, the protective layer should be removed.
