HELP Frencg Canadian Keyboard

I have a MacBook Pro with a french-canadian keyboard (bought it like this)...yesterday my computer froze and I forced to shut it down and now the keyboard is in English and I can't seem to be able to change it back thru system preferences! help !!!!
