I have location services turned on and have allowed most apps to use it however some apps have adverts that are in German. BBC iPlayer and Similar apps won't let me download items due to me "not being in the UK". Any suggestions on what to do? It's really annoying.

I've discovered what had cause the problem and it turned out to be due to a VPN software that monitored WIFI connectivity. Many thanks for you help.
I've tried signing in again and checking my details but it all says I'm in the UK. I'm really stuck and it's very annoying and inconvenient.
On the bottom of the site is a little flag of the country it thinks it is "in" at the moment: click that and change country.
