Is not having Flash an issue for any iPad users?
Is this still an issue? I recall at one point there were several major web sites that you couldn't follow (some major sports videos).

I think I've resolved this sufficiently for my purposes (i.e. I'm a "go" to purchase the iPad)....
First, I shut down Flash on my Windows 7 PC in Firefox and started to browse my most heavily used and important sites.
The only major problem I encountered was ESPN. But, the solution there was simple: there are a ton of ESPN apps, all free. I might assume that other major sites that use Flash would also have apps.
Thanks for all the help.
Adobe has discontinued flash for all mobile devices, they are focused on providing HTML 5 tools.
iOS has never supported flash and never will since it doesn't and will never exist.
Google removed flash from the play store and does not support flash in jelly bean or any version of Android going forward.
If websites want mobile device users to access or use their site they have to use HTML 5 or put out an app.
If they don't they will be left behind as mobile device use is the fastest growing segment of users.
Glad you figured out what you need to know. Yeah, ESPN was what I had in mind when I mentioned sports.
Best of luck.

I think that's a pretty good assumption. 😉
