Hello,

Here's my prob, yesterday before sleeping i've decided to change my passcode, it was 4 digit than i turned it with 6 digt, i was tired and i didn't used my phone after that cauz i've done that change in my bed, this morning when i get up and tried to acces to my amazing phone cauz i still love it, i realised that i lost the new password wich is asked after a restart that my phone did at night ( we're i was dreaming ) i'v tried to remember as much as i can the password i've set up before sleeping but no way, try after try my phone was finaly disabled, i've looked for a solution in the internet, one forum sayed to do a factory reset using Itunes( then i download the newest version 12.5.5.5 if i ve good memory but certainly i don't ...badhumour ) and try to get the firewall ISPW file as the newest version IOS 10.0.2 for my Iphone 6 plus, waiting for the download of that big file to complet with a too slow network connection i've been to the icloud website, i've sign up with my apple id ( email adress + password ) i've been in all my device then i deleted my iphone ( lovbomb ) from all my device, after the end of ispw file, i've made a hard reset with the dfu mode, i was expecting to get to that page with sign up with ur apple id to activat the device no way, now the screen is black, with that ****** message sayging that : iphone is disabled, i've also try with the step in the link u given above If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

i've retried so many times, it takes me all my day and i still on it, but no way it s so disgusting for me to buy a new iphone even if mine was still working perfectly, i still have the original box with the imei and some apple documents i got with it .

I'll be so gratifull if u can help me with that issue .

Faithfully yours,

If your device says that it is disabled, then you have to erase it using one of the methods in this article: If you see the Connect to iTunes, or you forgot your passcode, or your device is disabled - Apple Support (the same one you linked previously).

There are three options. Select the one that is best suited to your situation. Follow the instructions to the letter.

Cheers,

You can find out all on your own by taking a little initiative. All you have to do is start at the beginning of this thread, and read through it. You don't have to read every little word, speed reading, where appropriate, is perfectly fine. But the essence of what you are looking for is contained in the magical pages of this very thread.

Reading is a wonderful thing.
