What do you mean by "connect to iTunes"? If you mean your device is disabled, then click on the link that has been provided in this thread multiple times, and follow one of the sets of instructions in that link.

I can tell, you have forgotten your passcode.

If you want to get it back unlocked, you will have to restore it to Apple's factory settings.

Note: This will erase your apps+data+customizations.

The only way to get an Activation Locked device unlocked is via the person who put the lock on, or someone who knows that person's Apple ID and password. If you cannot contact the person who put the Activation Lock on the device, then you should get your money back because you will never be able to use it.
