Hi,You can do this:
Open the Terminal and input
1 launchctl unload ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.iobit.AMCMenu.plist
2 rm ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.iobit.AMCMenu.plist
Hold down the Command key and drag the item off the menu bar.
