Anyone heard of Extreme Shield ?

Are you sure? Their website states clearly "The SX Titanium is crafted using anodised titanium...."

Absolutely positive! It is scratched very easily, wrong colour, Ali is lighter than Titanium, I was tempted even to go for the test against a hand grinder .. But I'm that positive, I haven't. Also, if you search Draco Aluminium Bumper, it is identical, they are just selling it for 4 times the price that the Draco is available on Ebay.

I did query it with them at the time too:

"I can confirm the iPhone Titanium Bumper you have received has been constructed using anodised Titanium and Aluminium." and when I asked, if they could identify exactly which bits were made of titanium, they replied with:

"The whole Bumper is constructed using anodised Titanium mixed with aviation grade Aluminium.

This process is used as we cannot construct the Bumper out of 100% Titanium, we are working on a few samples of that in the near future."

Utter Rubbish - I believe.

I've just ordered a Draco one, so I'l do a proper test on the SX Series one in the next day or two, and see if the shavings light up in a was similar to magnesium. I doubt they will.

I guess "crafted using" is not the same as "crafted from"... they would be legally safe if they were using a screwdriver with a titanium handle in the manufacturing process. Sneaky.

For my part these guys are crooks!

I've sent them many messages now and have not heard a single word back from them!

Seeing that I paid via PayPal I had resorted to lodging a dispute with them. They on the other hand have promptly paid me back my money. As for Extreme, I still haven't heard a word back.

Hi i just got a iphone SXTurbo bumper, its not very good quality where it screws together sharp edges,

and the product does not allow phone to be charged using an adapter from old 30pin style to lightning.

They did not send any contact info or invoice either by email or post and as yet have failed to get back to me .

This is only my view from the product supplied to me! but it may help others make an informed dissision.

Hi ,just note to say I was given a full refund today ,before even sending product back .

They are sending me prepaid envelope to return item can't say I am better than that .

just saw this and i thought i would put in my moneys worth. I ordered a clear case for my precious iPad air which came quickly and efficiently at a fair price. in the packet was an extra free one and screen protector. unfortunately due to to my specific requirements ( in no way their problem) i had a slight issue with the product and i made contact with them. less than 24 hrs later i had received a reply and notification that they were sending a replacement to check in case there had ben a fault of their part. the replacement came and i fitted it. alas although the product again was perfect it was not what i wanted. i was offered my money back but as i felt the company went beyond my expectations i asked if instead i could purchase another product, which i did and am completely satisfied. one more point, they care enough to put their full name in ALL correspondence so for that reason alone i would give full marks.

I bought on of their ipad cases last year and have just made contact with them as the case had a problem. The customer service team replied straight away and they agreed to replace the case shield for free.

Very impressed with the customer support as received the replacement within a couple of days.

My advice would be to avoid this company like the plague. Firstly, I didn't receive the keyboard I had ordered from them until way after it was due. And then when it did finally arrive it was not as advertised as on their website. Secondly, after many repeat emails trying to contact them (and btw they do not offer a contact number) I still did not hear anything back, even after threatening to dispute this issue through PayPal. Finally after weeks of trying, I had still not heard anything back from Extreme Shield, so I took out a dispute resolution claim with PayPal, who siad they would deal with the matter hear on in. I still to this day never heard anything back from ES, which is extremely poor customer service! And in the end PayPal were happy to reimburse me for my costs.

Once again, my advice, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Companies like this should be banned from the internet!

Received my new case for my Galaxy S4 this Morning and I must say it is without a doubt the best case I have ever used.

I have recently purchased my new iPhone 5S and paid over the £700.00 asking price, therefore I have been searching for a luxurious case to compliment my latest purchase.

I felt their Customer Service was very professional and possessed an Excellent demeanor, they answered of all my questions promptly and even advised the best product available to suit my needs.

I am very impressed with the Case and I offer my full commendations to the Staff and Company.

I have just purchased the limited edition titanium shield for my Galaxy S4. It arrived on time (5 days after the order was placed) it is exactly as I hoped it would be; it is solid, fits well and came with a packet of two extra screen protectors.

I was worried once I started to see some of the comments posted on the various sites so I thought I would take the time to get involved in this thread.

I have the extreme stylus and an iPhone 5 case. Both are excellent quality and great to both hold and use. The tip of my stylus had a small hole which I didn't realise was abnormal for a few weeks. I might never have realised if spare tips weren't included with the stylus. So I did have comms with the company via their contact page and my email was answered promptly and the whole unit was replaced within days. The spare tips are a huge bonus if you are a stylus user.

I am delighted with the iPhone case. No more slippy phone!

Customer Service has been fantastic for me.
