Last week I bought a UX keyboard for my 4th generation iPad at a fantastic price of £34.95. It arrived quickly and I love it. This is a good quality product, which allows for touch-typing with ease. I e-mailed support yesterday because I couldn't locate the £ key combination, having tried all the hold options except the right one. I was nicely surprised to receive a reply last night: it is Shift + 3.

I have no association with the company.

Excellent quality, great value and superb service. £££££ (standing for *****).

It looks like a shady company yes, but I bought the Carbon Fibre Ipad Air case and i feel as if people that buy their products need to use a bit more logic, If you buy a 'carbon fibre ipad air case' for £29.99 it probably isnt gonna be real carbon fibre as you would expect, this does not mean its a bad product. It is well put together, The company ships extremely fast I got mine within 36 hours of placing my order, on a Sunday. I had a minor issue with my case and their customer service handles problems well. I had my doubts at first too but not anymore and probably would purchase more from them in the future.

I recently purchased the Limited Edition Titanium model case and due to our misunderstanding of the instructions managed to totally mess this case up and required a replacement.

I contacted the company and they were happy to provide a replacement without further cost and at all times kept in touch. Frankly, this is exceptional customer service by any standards. The case is now fitted looks smart and very functional I will be happy to recommend them to others and encourage others if they have a problem of any nature regarding a purchase to give the company time to respond to you and resolve the issue.

I ordered an Extreme SX500 headphones from this company 10 days ago. Delivery stated 3-5 days and i still have no product yet. Have had no reply to any of my emails by contacting them via direct email or via the contact page on their website. Have been reading the mixed reviews here. Have checked the website and there is no contact address or phone number for them and no registered business address shown. Does anyone have a contact phone number for them? I did pay via paypal and have lodged a dispute but still not heard anything.

Hi there


I purchased the Extreme Shield Turbo Limited Edition. The case arrived in a few days and the back carbon protector was missing. When I got the case out of the box it did not feel of as great quality as it's described on the site. When assembled it didn't fit 100% correctly and the sound button didn't fit properly either so it was loose.


I contacted Extreme customer services to ask how to return as it all arrives with no invoice or return address. They replied 2 days later and their email went straight to my junk folder (something to think about as I don't have any filters in place). After specifying that I want to return my case from the beginning, they still responded me with links to other cases so I could replace for another one.


I have looked at a few different reviews and it seems this tends to happen to a lot of buyers... If you are looking for a quality case in my opinion this wouldn't be it. Definitely not worth nearly £50...
