Iphone 4s charger port burnt due to my Charger cable melting, the inside port is slightly burnt but not bad, it smells of burning plastic still and do not want to take the risk of charging it with a fresh cable and seeing if it works.

Iphone 4s charger port burnt due to my Charger cable melting, the inside port is slightly burnt but not bad, it smells of burning plastic still and do not want to take the risk of charging it with a fresh cable and seeing if it works. I was hoping the staff at apple would be kind enough to either replace the product or replace the burnt usb/Cherging port. Previous customers have also had the same problem and Apple have also said them selves the USB port is "Defected". Please apple fix this problem.

We're users here, not Apple. Why would you write "Please apple fix this problem". Apple isn't here. When you write statements like that, it is just a waste of your time and a waste of our time.
