Why can't I Accept new conditions for iTunes on my iphone?

I've been trying for days and still can't accept the Terms

Hasn't worked for me - I've tried accepting Cookies, changing Wifi network, turning off and back on... where's the nearest Samsung shop?

Disregard - sorted. A complete faff.

After accepting the cookies you don't have to restart the phone, the quicker option is to close the App Store and reopen it. For sure restarting the phone do the same thing..

All of the suggestions did not work for me so I just dowloaded in from itunes on my computer and accepted the terms there.

It didn't work for me...it says that I have to accept it but I can't because I'm unable to send it to my e-mail...little help would be perfect! <3 thanks a lot
