Why can't I Accept new conditions for iTunes on my iphone?
Enable the cookies in safari browser..
Setting>Safar>Block Cookie>Never
Then open the app store and accept new terms and condition of iTunes store. it it's show "Agree" button below right end.

I had to use a combo of Yaustin and P55URR's recommendations. I turned block cookies off AND I disabled my wifi connection so that I was using the cellular connection. Then I closed all my apps (including the App Store app) and then it worked.

Things are a complete mess right now. While trying to update two apps in iTunes...I'm not even trying to update iTunes, mind you, or my phone...I'm presented with "New Terms & Conditions"...like you, unable to accept.
Frankly, this is inexcusable, but it is what it is. You'll just have to wait out the storm.
I can't acept the terms and conditions of Apple Store in my iphone 4... Somebody now the magic ? PLUS Ios7 in my iphone 4 does not workin god. The performance is very very Bad. My Iphone in Youtube is like a turtle...

I dont know what to do? I've tried the cookies, I've scrolled through 52 pages of the "terms and conditions" and I've got nowhere. I've tried accepting these on a pc, that hasn't worked for me either. Apple have really balls things up this time. Wish I never upgraded to iOS 7!!!!!!! All I want to download is a game!! Oh well... I guess they are the one losing out on money. GET IT SORTED APPLE!!!
Hi, I know this will sound odd but I got this fixed so it's worth a try. I went to the Apple store to show them the problem and they immediately said it might be down to the wifi I was on. I joined their wifi and it was fine!
Do Forget This Network and also Reset Network Settings and then try again.
I'm having an annoying problen where my work wifi and the new ios7 don't get along - still trying to find a fix for this!

Check out Yaustin below. It absoluely worked for me!! In Safari set Block cookies to NEVER. Then turn off iphone and then restart. When you go into App Store you will be able o accept new terms and conditions!!

This worked for me. Go to Safari and set accept cookies to never. Power off the phone. Power back on. Open app store icon and the agree button FINALLY shows up in the lower right corner. Have a 4S. There's 20 mins I'll never get back.
This is THE most annoying thing ever and I blame apple for it. this and I had to wait 4 hours and two trips to their store to get a iphone last year because they sold me a phone with defective speakers have make me decide that this is the last apple product I'm going to buy.
