When installing my iOS 7 it says that the update is not available at this time. I have it fully downloaded and I just press install and it gives me this error. Any ideas?

I had to keep trying. Took a while but eventually it updated!!! Patience!! :)
The only thing that will work is getting lucky and slipping into an open slot to have it verified before someone else does. re booting won't work, you just got lucky. KEEP TRYING. it took me ten attempts to just download the software, im sure verifying won't be any easier

Yes, I followed those comments about their experience... I attempted like 4-6 times to get installed and now it works!.
I guess for those people who have a great patience, sometimes give them luck 🙂
You will get IOS 7 for sure if you continued to attempt several times until it works.
Dont know how many more times i can kep retrying to install without losing my mind 😟
Had the same error; Turn off your airplane mode your do not disturb and your wifi all in the off position and then try to install . Worked for my phone and my wifes.
I waited a few hours and it is now installing on my first try. I guess volume going to Apple's server was the issue.
Set Time from manual to automatic solved my problem, the time on the iPad was wrong
Hello. I have tried at least 20 times and I am still getting "Software Update Unavailable". This is creating a bad user experience for me. Come on Apple! Get it together!
