iTunes Radio stops after one song

Just downloaded 11.1 and started a new radio station. I continued adding bands while Radio played two songs from the original band. The third song played from a different band and when it was done, so was iTunes. The station just stopped with the Play control available. I clicked it and got a Nissan commercial followed by the third song (that just played). I hit skip. iTunes stopped again. I quit iTunes and relaunched. Went back to the station, hit play and got that same third song. I let it play out and it stopped again. Can't seem to do anything else.

No problem with stations keyed to a single artist.

I created a list of personal favoriites with multiple artists. At first, it ran great. Then, it seemed I added one performer too many, then it just wouldn't play. (I'd have a list of 200 or more artists if it was up to me.)

Had to delete several artists to get it working again. Everything seems so smooth on using iTunes on my Mac. Maybe there's a server-side bug which is creating thiis limitation.

It keeps happening here, too. Maybe it's a failure of the little known idle timeout feature of the player? I get the feeling they don't want people to use iTunes Radio to drive a headless media computer playing music over a public address system in a store or restaurant somewhere.

That doesn't stop some people from putting iPods on downloaded music shuffle, like what I recall the manager of my local Denny's restaurant does.
