How to stop automatic resizing of lock screen wallpaper?

I use custom pictures on my lock screen and in previous iOS version I could scale them manually. With iOS 7, however, they automatically resize to fit the screen which I don't want. How do I turn this off?

Well, I dont mean to be a jerk but if you would have read what I said, the entire time I was jailbroken I had no problems whatsoever, in fact by jail breaking and using winterboard and sbsettings, it caught many iphone glitches, and rebooted the iphone in safe mode until you were ready to continue back in normal mode. I'm not saying everyone should jailbreak, I just think Apple should allow more customization options Cuz some of us don't like their style. Its this phone, the iphone 6+ that is not jailbroken, that I have problems with. But it's all mostly cosmetic issues that will be solved whenever the jailbreakers get a break for the current ios. I'll just deal with the fact that Apple seems to be going away from the reason I liked iphones in the first place. Used to be an iphone wasn't super flashy compared to the others, but it worked for years while the other phones had glitches. Now I just have to deal with the glitches just like those other phones.
