I've now downloaded iOS 7 now on my iPhone 4s but when I'm trying to install it, it says "Software Update is not available at this time. Try again later". What does that mean?

you might want to try again later, there is probably quite a spike of people trying to download ios 7 and that may cause problems for a few hours until the traffic dies off
I have already downloaded iOS 7, it won't install, that's all.
I kept getting the unavailable. On the 8th time it is finnally loading up.

The same thing is happening to me, the software is downloaded and whenever I try to install it it just tells me the same thing, "software update not available at this time. Please try again later". I've been trying it for the last 2 hours and it just keeps saying it

Just be patient. Your all doing what millions of others are attempting to do. In my opinion its better to wait a day or two after release. The server is crammed and this is why people are having issues. Happens every iOS update.

Conected to itunes and updated that way, worked perfect!!
