updated to ios 7, but stuck on activation screen

I finally just got it to work after more than 150 retries. Keep trying.

Guys, whoever gets to activate the device successfully, tell us please!

I restored my iphone in order to get rid of sloppy stuff in it's HD before updating to ios7, only to be slapped in the face with this thing.

I expected way more from Apple. Now I can't even use my phone to make calls!

I wonder how people who didn't even want to upgrade to ios7 in the first place are feeling right now...

Arram. Were you successful on the device itself or through iTunes? I am still stuck on the same screen.

Finally! Almost two hours stuck on the activation screen but I have finally broken through and now a restore is in progress. Good luck everyone!

BTW. Activation went through on the device itself.

Working now. So for me, about an hour before it would activate. This time I was careful not to miss the "restore from backup" options 🙂

BTW - it was over the air (OTA)

Only took me about a half hour. I seem to be one of the lucky ones.

I have it on my ipad. Took about 10 unsuccessful tries with it failing immediately, once more with a failure 10 min into it, but the next time was good. Total time about an hour to download and install. Now I'm working on it for the phone. Still downloading (2nd try) but it has a much longer download time so I expect this one will be at least twice or three times as long.

Not liking the look and feel. Features are good, though.

unfortunately i can reset my phone at all because it's stuck at the screen and

it will not do anything for me...

GUYS I DID IT! Just keep trying if you have patience or if you must do it. If you don't, just wait 'till later in the night or tomorrow... It should work easier.

Had they planned this better and rolled it out in phases, this would have not happen. It's a living proof that Apple is only good in marketing and putting up it's flashy executive on stage like movie stars...

The moment of truth has come. I'm sure you'll hear apple executives apologizing to the whole world and we have just to accept it becasue apple is popular.
