Why isn't iWork apps not free yet after IOS7 update ?
Apple did say that IWork would be free, but it is not free as IMovie still has the original price, is it for certen devises or is there a problem on the store?

It worked for me. I purchased the 5S in October. Through my iPhone's app store, I did a search for iWork and Pages, Keynotes & Numbers came up and all indicated as free. Downloaded them all one shot.
Once it started to download them, my user account acquired the licences to the apps and then I went into my iPad 2 and downloaded them all there too.
