Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Is it possible to go back to iOS 6 from iOS 7?

I downloaded ios7 to my iPhone 5 and I really don't like it,the animation on the home screen makes me dizzy every time it's unlocked or I open an app and I just want to go back to the software it came already on it?

Unless Apple Care phone support is lying, which I doubt they are, and according to the Terms of Use we're pointed to quite often, Apple does have the right, but not the obligation, to review contents of any given forum and in fact does from time to time.

Dunno what this has to do with anything, but okay.

Posting here is not suggesting features to Apple.

Sorry you seem to resent my support of another person's opinion.

Not at all. You wrote it was better to post here than make an actual suggestion to Apple. And that somehow, if enough people thought the same way, something magical would happen.

Obviously, you don't know what "Kumbaya" means.

Let's sit around, hold hands, make each other feel better, sing "Kumbaya" and the iPhone will fix itself.

And Apple isn't completely stupid, you know? To suggest that the company does not watch for public opinion, particularly those expressed right under its own website nose, is unrealistic.

Where did I suggest they are stupid or unrealistic?

However, telling Apple what you want, in the place that Apple suggest you tell them, will hold more sway.

Post here if you wish but if you really want something to change, send feedback/suggestions to Apple.

"Lighten up Francis."

(google it if you don't understand)

No need to explain Kumbaya. Just didn't appreciate the reference. You see supporting someone's contribution as sitting around a campfire holding hands. Take the reaction you get.

Looking over your remarks it's clear we're barely communicating. But it's important to clarify that I did not say "it's better to post here". Nor do I believe that it is. But it is a good idea to do as much as you can, including sharing ideas in a forum like this. Certainly people should be encouraged to use the feedback page too.

Finally, as you can see from my post you weren't accused of calling Apple stupid either. The point was that they're not.

With 49,867 views you would think this would be an important enough matter to be solved. It's not even that significant. We loved the old iOS. Why cant Apple users have the best of both worlds?

I have an iPhone 5 and chose to go to the iOS 7 but disliked it.

I've also bought every other iPhone from the original to now and I'm sorry to say that this will be my last iPhone since that is how they treat and limit their loyal customers.

Seriously dissappointed Apple.

Try to be less controlling in the future.

What makes you think 50,000 views and 423 posts is a big deal? Out of 500 million users? Here's a thread with 2.4 MILLION views and almost 13 THOUSAND posts: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3391947. Whle it may be a record, there are many, many threads with more than 50,000 views over really trivial issues. Generally, the more trivial threads attract the most comment. Like this one.

I gave them my review.

Thanks for the link.

That felt amazing.

My dad has an HTC Note 3 and is always bragging about how he can just slip two 32 gb mircro SD cards in his phone and be set. I envy that. Whereas every electronic product out there is practically an exclusively fit for iPhones.

I just like to personanlize my phone from the lock screen all the way down to the icon pictures. Seems Apple has a death grip on user customization and what you can and can't do with their products, the iPhones and iPads.

Then the iPhone is the wrong phone for you. Sounds as if an Android would be a better fit. Fortunately, iPhones have a very high resale value. You should be able to sell yours and use the money towards a phone that better meets your needs. I'd take a look at the Motorola Maxx.

Best of luck.
