ICloud "unable to connect to server" after update to IOS 7

But I can't access find my friends or anything else! After downloading new ios 7.0.3 my iphone 5 keeps repeating the terms & conditions page. 24/10/13 HELP!

i have the same problem, and i tried the find my friends app, but i was not prompted to agree to terms and conditions, the app opened normally , and i am still facing the same issue with Icloud , cannot connect to server.

please advice

I updated the software and not able to log in to my iCloud. It keeps on telling me to check my connection, which is working fine.

I updated my IOS version to 7.0.3 on my iphone 4s and can't agree to terms and conditions. Why? VERY ANNOYING! I down loaded find my friends app. I was never prompted to agree to terms and conditions. This is very time consuming and disappointing! I would appreciate help fixing my phone issue.

goto Settings - iCloud scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account let this process finish then add the account.

download the 'Find My Friends' app, log in to my iCloud account and accept the Terms and Conditions in the app (which loaded with no problems). After doing this, all iCloud functions were restored. 🙂

I am still having trouble with this. Mine won't let me even download the Find my Friends app.

Any other suggestions? It's really annoying - I get the error every time I open my phone

If you haven't, try deleting your iCloud account off your device then re-add it. (iOS7 - Settings > iCloud > Delete Account). I was prompted to 'merge' when I re-added which I did and had no further issues. This worked for me.

You may also find you need to reset your network settings (iOS7 - Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings) to clear up issues connecting to WiFi networks.

everyone says to delete my icloud account but when i try it says that i have to turn off find my iphone and i have to be logged in icloud to do that

I ended up chatting with support online. The guy I spoke to was very very helpful. The problem was solved by resetting my entire phone but, the support guy was able to walk me through it! I would definately suggest it.

@ryanschaud, when you delete the iCloud account, as you say it needs to turn off Find My iPhone, and so it will ask you for your Apple ID password. That is confirming that you are the real owner of the iPhone and not a robber who is trying to wipe it!

So if you go ahead and enter your password, it will then turn off Find My iPhone, and delete the iCloud account. Then reenter your Apple ID details to set up the iCloud account again. (I just did all of this on mine.)

The easiest thing to do without downloading Find My Friends is to delete the iCloud account and reinstall it.

Settings>>> Mail>>>>iCloud Account. Scroll to bottom and delete. Then reinstall the same way.

My problem was the same but I'm on Outlook .

Ok , I've fully fixed the problem on iphone4s outlook email..

I've got a hotmail.com email address so, the issue lays with the outlook server!

Follow these steps

. First go to add a new email address , do not press Outlook! Press other instead.

Add your hotmail account and password in there!

You'll still have your outlook email account added , go into your outlook and on the green slider turn email OFF! Then the new account you've added which will now be called hotmail will be the one that receives all your emails and of course you can send via this as you always have. This fixes the whole problem , no more error messages .

Always go to 'other' when re adding your email account and turn off mail on your green slider on the previous email you have had problems with. Don't delete it , just turn it off. You'll leave it so it still backs up your contacts but that's all.

Mine works perfect now! I believe it's an ios7 related issue . Mine only went pear shaped two dats ago and it drove me nuts . Not anymore!
