ios 7 wallpaper scaling issues?

Just downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 that's what I did and my iPad is functional again. IOS 7 made my iPad super laggy and I also had the wallpaper issue.

Ahhh, I just realized why it does this, to give that 3D effect as you move your phone. Eh.

Could you give an example of what you mean by "laggy"?

Which generation iPad are you using?

I am using an iPad 2, but I haven't noticed any speed difference with iOS 6.

At first glance I didn't like iOS 7 either, but I'm discovering more and more nifty features, and it's kind of growing on me now.

iOS 6 was nice, iOS 7 is nicer.

Be patient...

Can you down grade the iPhone 5 as well and how to do it? I've only had my phone a few months and I don't really know how to do this.

Same issue for me with ipad 4.

Typicalli Apple is all about aesthetics and right now i just cannot have a picture scaled for my ipad. Was perfect withthe older version of ios. I like the new os, but wallpaper is a small but extremely annoying things....hopefully there is a fix

All I can say is ditto to all comments. Frustrating and hopefully fix ASAP.

Go to this website. Download the appropriate version, once downloaded, go to iTunes and click the restore button while holding option, this will let you select the download and will successfully revert your phone/ipad to its glorious Pre ios7 state

I created a black PNG in photoshop that is 744 x 1392, then pasted my original 640 x 1136 PNG over it and saved as a new PNG. It looks just like it did in iOS 6.

Having the following issues......

Not only the wallpaper thing, but also things that just irk me with the new iOs7

Swiping up you get the new scroll bar but when you click on the stopwatch/camera there is no way to swipe out of the application.

Swiping down to try to delete notifications.....can click onthe X but when I click delete, it returns to the X and can't delete some notifications.

Wish there was some way to remove the color of the bar on the bottom of the screen....

Just not liking iOs7 thus far......glad I haven't updated my iPhone to iOs7 yet!!

I am having the same issue. I usually dont post on things like this but the more people that post the quicker it will be to sort it out. My 6 month year old's son's photo now looks like he has a never ending head due to this stupid issue. I cant scale my photos to fit the back ground at all it is rubbish! If I knew it would be like this I wouldn't have downloaded IOS7 so quickly. You'd think with such an important overhaul of the operating system would have been better thought out. Bad form Apple.
