IOS 7 Update Wrong Firmware Error

This is very frustrating been trying to upgrade but nothing seems to work. It gives me a wrong firmware error when i try to update from itunes. Which is stupid as i have the correct firmware downloaded. Can anyone help thanks. I have a iPhone 5 (GSM).

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
