Purchased Apps not Showing iOS 7

iPad 3 is not showing purchased app

Could anyone help?

Apps that I download are appearing to load, then they just disappear..when I go open the app and looked it says to open them..I click to open and nothing happens ..even if I drag to search for the apps, they are not there..I am using an iPhone 5s..PLEASE help this has been going on for a while even after I tried lots of suggestions..THANKS!!

SOLUTION GUYS: Close your itunes and app store apps, then log out of your itunes/app store from settings. After that, Go back to app store app and click the updates icon on the bottom right. It will give you the option to log in to view your purchases. Log in and they should appear.

Ps. It worked for me. It should work for most people.

Using an iPod 4th Gen. and none of the above have worked. Even tried a full restore.

Granted, the 4th Gen ios is maxed out on updates at ios 6.1.5, which may be a problem.

as soon as I get my sons ipod 4gen I will see if the same is happening to it.

Some (little) progress or analysis: iPod 4th Gen. none of above worked. I did a complete restore to factory setting, installed nothing but my itunes id, and yes finally got to view purchased apps. From there I did a restore to my most current backup, and the problem returned. So it must be in some combination of my settings, apps, etc. that is setting up a bug. Not too excited about reverting to factory restore and re installing all apps and songs one at a time, plus all the settings that I have forgotten about over time. Might have to settle with no purchassed listing till (if) the right app or setting comes along. Maybe somebody will take a factory restore a bit furthar and see if they find the quirk. Dont forget to get yourself a good backup first, then tuck it away somewhere that it wont get overwritten.
