Some of the apps in your iTunes Library were not installed because one or more errors occurred
After finally being able to get the iPhone to restore, after an attempted iOS 7 install (which did finally work), I am now getting this error message every time I tell the iPhone to sync.
After reading through some older entries, I checked a couple of things that might have applied, but don't: my iTunes is "authorized" (I re-authorized it), the external HDD that copy backups onto is attached, mounted, and usable.
The list was originally 78 apps. I found one, deleted it, re-downloaded it, and it now syncs. So that is a theoretical work-around.
There must be something else I'm missing, because the whole point of having iTunes sync these apps (and everything else) was to act as a central dispatch of sorts; the director putting all the various things together. If I have to delete 40% of my apps (one at at time, mind you), and re-download them anytime I update my phone, what's the point of having a backup and central syncing system in place?
