Same problem here.
There's no "Accept" button neither on first page, neither at the end of the 62 pages.
The button "send by email" doesn't work.
The button "cancel" works.
I've tried validate terms from the "Itunes Store" app and "App Store" app, same problem for both of them.
Without this validation, it's impossible to download new apps, to download music, etc. It's very impacting !
Thanks for the help of anyone.
Hi ya,
I tried my update of apps. It works..
Actually it gives wth the terms & condition page. first we need to accept it later scroll down @ bottom there u will find accept or OK. press it...
Hi there,
Do you maybe see on right side down a button: Agree?
Update apps works : yes. But it didn't ask me for accepting the new terms & conditions for updating apps.
Install new apps from "App store" app, or download new music or download iTunes Match music from "iTunes store" app doesn't work. A pop-up window ask for accepting the new terms & conditions and then there's no "Accept" button, neither at the bottom of the page.
Hi ya,
Yes... when we press it. A page will appear with updating apps list that u can select among.
Re,
I woud recomend to go Settings -> iTunes/AppStore -> Logout ; then Login back with the user after that click on the Apple ID and select Review account and go tough the account reviewing: you will need to check payment info as well.
Let me know if helps,
Here a solution :
1. Settings > Safari > Block Cookies > Never
2. Close App Store
3. Open App Store and download app to accept t&c's
4. You should now see the Accept icon.
Freaking Apple!
kfc01's solution worked for me...
I didn't like one thing about kfc01's solution - namely that you had to accept all cookies - but the solution worked!!!
Then after you have accepted the terms.. go back to the setting and change it back 🙂
Cookies are necessary for a wide variety of things - everytime you log in to a website it creates a session cookie, it's the way that it remembers you are signed in and doesn't ask you everytime you change pages on the website to log in again.
In other words.. if for some reason you set a browser, either on your phone or a computer, to never accept cookies then it will be near impossible to log in to anything -- a bank website, facebook, yahoo... whatever.
As to why it causes the "accept" button to dissapear... I'm not sure, but figure without a cookie it doesn't have the ability to actually record an answer.
Thank you KFC01!!
Hi I have a similar problem. My ipad keeps popping up with a message to accept terms etc when I click on it and go to press terms and conditions it says unable to connect to server? How do I fix this as this message has been popping up for weeks now every 10 mins or so it's very annoying. Tia
i had to accept cookies (always) and turn off "do not track". this worked for me!
