i accidentally deleted my quicken files today. how do i get them back?

Did you delete all of Quicken - the whole folder? Or just the application?

Edit: Did you empty your trash? Do not use the computer for new entries or you may write over your deleted file spaces.

Meanwhile up in the right corner search area , enter: "retrieve deleted files". Lots of help there.
