I just updated my Ipad 2 to IOS7, now it is asking me for a passcode. I never set a passcode on my Ipad, so how can I enter a passcode. I tried using the OIS7 passcode I use on my Iphone and it did not work and now my Ipad is disabled

That is exactly what it happened with my iPAD, is disabled...

so much time wasted.... still trying to figure out how to reset my mom's ipad....

I am so done with these apple products. I can no longer buy used as you need emails and passwords from old buyers. You can not download games on older touches making them garbage and now updates make you restore everything because it add's a passcode I never set up. Fk you Apple and your garbage product line made to make the customer upgrade every 6 months or your product is junk. Keep it.

fyi, the passcode requested for an update is the same 4 digit code you use to wake/unlock your ipad from sleep.

Enjoy whatever product you now deem an acceptable replacement for the Apple products you will no longer be using.
