In iOS 7 why cant i shuffle all in genre

The whole "tell Siri to shuffle" a particular genre doesn't seem to work very well, but another commenter did come up with a work-around that does.

From your ITune Library you need to build a smart play list, use GENRE as the criteria and choose auto update. For instance a COUNTRY genre criteria will add new country songs automatically to the COUNTRY SMART Playlist, playlists are "shuffle-able".

So far I've found this to be ok, though it's clearly adding several steps to what should be a single one. I've been an iTunes user for years and taking away this feature from only the iPhone is beyond stupid.

Still, it is not fixed... And I dislike all of these solutions.

C'mon guys... Fix it.

I Completely stopped using itunes since they removed this feature. I believe they removed the feature believing that it would up the sales of there subscription radio feature which every button seems to lead to. Despicable. iTunes unable to please specific genre of music!? *** !
