Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I get a PDF in an email in ios7 it will not let me open it with another app. It will only save it as an image and if there is more than one page it only displays the first page. How can I get the file to open in another app so I can view it.

It turns out iCloud is causing this issue on my iPhone. After the restore everything worked, when I turned on iCloud the PDF issue came back. I don't know how to fix this. So far, I've deleted all the data I could find that is stored in iCloud.
II'm having same problem and ios8 did not solve it. "Geniuses" earlier this year said I had to hard reset to defaul and NOT restore from backup. That is reinstall everything from scratch. ... Which I did. This solved the problem for like 4 months and then it was back. UGH! Come on Apple fix this.!

Sounds like a backup via iTunes, restore to factory settings, and re-install via iTunes are in my future.
Do you still believe that the issue was caused by activating iCloud?
Did you ever get to a point where you can use iCloud?
