Great find. I was having issues with both iTunes Match and iTunes Radion on my MacBook Pro. I reinstalled iTunes as you suggested and when I opened iTunes everything was back to normal with Match and Radio. Thanks.

Does not work for me and has not even before I updated to most recent iTunes.

I get an error saying iTunes Match has stopped working, windows will close program and contact me if it finds a solution.

I tried the fire wall fix, and all suggestions, nothing so far.

I'm having the same problem... my whole library is greyed and that cloud icon is always loading...
I called Apple Support and they don't know how to resolve this issue...

I don't know if all of you have resolved your issues but I just had this happen to me. I realized iTunes was open on both my laptop and PC at home at the same time. Once I shut down iTunes on my laptop, every song was available on my PC. I guess this is to limit the number of users listening to a library at the same time...

I'm having this problem.

Turn off Match, turn on and it works.

Close iTunes and restart it and Match doesnt work again. Just stays with a lightening bolt and click it. It goes wavey but never actually connects.

None of my music is playable. Just greyed out.

This is terrible.

They have my music and I cannot play it!

What do u mean by upload the installer?

Go to the Apple webpage concerning iTunes, http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/, download the very last version of itunes and run the .dmg

Hi Nicus, dont bother, it doesn;t work in Itines 11.2.2 - in fact at leat previously it worked a bit now it does not work at all...
