Iphone 4s ios 7 battery issues

I posted this question in the basics forum, but it probably belongs here: Since installing iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s, the battery life seems to be significantly reduced, at least judging by how quickly my battery life percentage meter keeps dropping. I've gone through and turned off all sorts of settings, like location services on most everything, etc. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Anyone know of any fixes?

techguy 3347, we are not trying to cyberbully you. It is just that when you describe people's problems and concerns as "stupid" then it can upset them, especially when you are not offering any solid solutions. I feel it is unjust to say you are fed up with reading our comments when there is a button to unsubscribe, that is all.

Can we please leave this conversation now and bring this thread back to what it was meant for - discussing problems about battery issues on iOS7.

Tech guy - I am happy to bully you and would happily shove your head down a toilet for just being the twonk you are. As you are clearly a wind up merchant, these comments will mean nothing!

To those who are still experiencing issues since upgrading to IOS 7 which is the key here, as everyone has the same thing in comment - there phones were faulty prior to the upgrade I suggest you continue to

Post as, someone, somewhere at apple will read this - plus it winds up techtit!

I just wanted to steer things back towards the real purpose of this thread and let people know how my situation has been going. Like many others after upgrading to iOS7 my battery of my iPhone 4S was being problematic.

The battery problems seem to have improved for me - the battery seems to be dying only around 10% which is much better than the 50% that it used to die at. The solution seemed to be continual draining and recharging. As suggested by Taildragon, this recalibrates the battery. I had to drain and recharge quite a few times before I noticed any difference.

If anyone else had similar problems to me and this works for them it would be useful to find out. It also seemed to confirm that it was not a hardware issue for me.

If you are the one and all knowing tech guru then you know that the term troll is not a derogatory demeaning word. It isn't a term used to cyber bully. It is a word to describe your incompetence and willingness to **** people off for no reason. Your are soon it to get a rise out of people and you need to stop. To get technical what you are doing on this thread is cyber bullying the other users if this thread with your asinine responses. As I've told you before not everyone have the option time or money to just but a new phone. And you obviously dot work for apple you would have deleted this thread yourself instead of your cry for help. I hope you can read between the line here and just stop your meaningless rants and let people be. If anyone is filling this thread up with useless info it is you. Enough is enough. Get a life.
