i updated my iphone 4s to ios 7 yesterday and now i'm unable to send any pictures via text message. i've checked the wifi, bluetooth, mms, rebooted the phone, etc.....NOTHING. if anyone else having the same difficulty?

what did your phone carrier say when you contacted them about MMS, since it is a carrier feature?
I have the same problem but mine is a iphone 5. I have the setting with MMS turned on. Is there a problem with AT&T? That is who I use but I could send pics before thou.
turn on MMS messaging in your messages settings, worked for me
I'm having same issue. MMS is on, reset network, SMS is on, imessage is on, all worked fine before the update!!!
PS I have Sprint not ATT and a 4 not 4s
I've been having problems with texting pictures since I updated to iOS 7 too but have yet to find a solution that actually works. I have also tried to reset my phone numerours times, have MMS turned on, etc. It doesn't matter if I'm trying to send the picture to another Apple user or not.
It usually takes about 3 or 4 tries to get the picture to go through, but in many cases I have to turn my phone off then back on for it to work.
PS - I am in Canada & my service provider is Bell. However I don't believe it is a Bell issue as I didn't have any problems until AFTER the update. Had hoped the latest update this week would've fixed it but if anything it seems worse.
Experiencing the same problem.....iPhone 4.....Verizon. Only one of the problems I'm having since upgrading to ios 7. What the ****, Apple?????
Same here At&t, 4s, and it was working fine until this new update. Apple get it together I am ****** when you update your phone it should make your phone better not worse. Now I can't send pics to family members and friends.
I have the same problem since updating to ios7 on my iPhone 4s. It's not a perfect fix but the way I can get MMS to send is to:
1. Not be connected to any wifi network
2. Have the wifi turned off so the phone won't search for any networks either.
If you do both of these things you should be able to send MMS. The downside is that you're then getting charged from your phone data allowance. At least I can send MMS until they fix the problem!
