My wifi and bluetooth funtions are not working after downloading iOS7

I am using iPad 2 (Wifi only). After upgrading to iOS 7, i am having this issue - unable to enable Wifi. Without Wifi iPad is totally waste. Only option is through it out.

What kind of testing does Apple do. Lack of quality leads to Customers money only. Apple is earning even more by replacing the phone / chip.

Ditto for me. My WiFi and Bluetooth inoperable after updatre to 7.0.3. COmplete restore form scratch didn;t do it and hter eis no downgrade to 7.0.2 whcih was working.

I updated my 4s to iOS 7 and the wifi was fine for a couple of days. Then the wifi stopped working, the button grayed out like many other people. I let the battery run out so the phone switched itself off, next day I started to charge it and wifi started working again. Everythin worked fine for about a week or so, then it just stopped working yesterday. Having a chat using iMessage and it just stopped working. Looked on the forum this time and tried the reset, no good, tried running the battery down again, no good so just left it for the morning. Tried it again couple of hours later and it came back on! Working fine again, but for how long? I have even tried switching the wifi off to see if it comes back on, and it did. The phone has had no bangs or knocks for a loose connection to affect it, I cannot understand what is going on with it. But its working at the moment.

Same here. "Broken" hardware immediately after update even though it was fine prior to the update. Verified at Apple store. I refuse to pay for something I consider Apple's responsibility. Elevated to store manager, and then Custoemr Care Senior Advisor. After 35 years of supporting Apple, I am NOT a happy camper.

I am so tired of trying to fix my phone after downloading the upgrade!!

I have an iPhone 4. Cannot open wifi or Bluetooth. Low battery. Screen blacks out and just closes apps when it wants.

Will go tomorrow to Apple and better get a new handset or I am going to freak out!

This is a huge problem and apple should forget about giving people hope that by doing everything will actually fix the problem, just admit the mistake and give people new phones right away....nor after weeks of troubles!

I have exactlly the same problem since i upgraded to the iOS 7.

Tried everything allready, don't know what to do!!

This is complete bullsh!t!! Every since I downloaded iOS7 on mine and my wifes iPhone 5's and my iPad 2, none of our devices can have Bluetooth on and WiFi on at the same time. If I have Bluetooth ON, my devices will NOT connect to my WiFi, so I have to turn Bluetooth OFF. iOS6 I never had this problem,everthing worked fine.

This is NOT a fking hardware problem, this is a software problem. The software of iOS7 won't let both antennas function at the same time. Don't let Apple lie to you people. All our hardware didn't just fail, the software made it stop functioning as it did before.

I have a Bluetooth keyboard to go with my iPad and now I can no longer use it to internet browse because I can't use both at the same time.

Is this Apples way to force people to upgrade? Release software that makes older products not function properly then lie to you that it's a hardware failure yet the common denominator for everyone is a software upgrade??

My next tablet, smartphone, PC will NOT be an Apple product. FK APPLE!!

Same problem! And I really hate being lied to by the apple stores. Wlan is not broken! Once in a while I could make it work by closing the settings app, switching WLAN on in control panel, turning iphone off and on again followed by holding Power and Home till the iphone restarts. But after following the apple advice to reset all connection settings, even that doesnt work anymore. It now doesnt connect to the wlan even I could switch wlan on and my wlan is shown on the iphone. Seems as if the password is wrong, but it isnt. That is not the apple quality, that I am willing to pay an extra amount for compared to other systems.

Looking for alternatives!!!

Ubuntu looks great! My wife already prefers it, as she is often closing windows instead of writing an @ ;o). Even grandma is happy with ubuntu. And it costs NOTHING! I'm really looking forward to Ubuntu Phone. If it seems usable I gonna leave that new apple crap!!!

Apple is been spoiled all these years by Customers, and although, their employees and some managers (for there are some in the genius bar who should not be there, since you can see their prejudice in their attitude) go out of their way to help customers, they still have a lot to do for customers, such as, in situation like this, when the problem reverts back to their engineers detail thinking and design, not the customer's. And, as to those employees I have mentioned above, I was in one of Apple store trying to solve a problem, the Lady right next to me had the same issue, her device was older than mine, nevertheless, they went ahead and exchange hers, but the so call Genius, decline to replace mine. I call that prejudice. Specially since I own several Apple computer, iPads, and other of their gadget.
